Questions and answers are included along with information on how to read the styles of interviewers, know the different types of interviews, how to dress for success, and eliminate nervousness in the interview. This book is for anyone looking for a job, changing careers, mid-life career changers, laid-off or down-sized, and college students.

She has appeared as a special guest on Bay Area Radio and Television stations including CNN Headline News, Local Edition, and featured in newspapers, including the Vallejo Times Herald, Globe Tri-Valley and The California Voice.

Ms. Ferguson Hodges is a Certified Career Counselor with over 20 years of Human Resources management experience. She has hired employees for major corporations including: Lucas Film Productions, Kaiser Permanente Medical Group, Blue Cross of California, Wells Fargo Bank, and Hass School of Business at the University of California in Berkeley . While working at these companies she has recruited and retained thousands of staff including physicians, attorneys, pharmacists, computer types, administrative, and executives. She is also recognized as being the First Northern California Physician Recruiter at Kaiser Permanente Medical Group. Throughout her career she has been able to compete with hundreds of candidates in her field to land the jobs she wanted.

She received her Bachelors of Arts degree from California State University , Hayward , California , majoring in Sociology with a minor in Business Administration. She is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management, the Northern California Human Resources Council and the Healthcare Recruiters Association.
